About us
Since 2024, Miro Sozialdienste GmbH has provided professional, culturally sensitive and resource-oriented educational support under sections 27, 30, 31, 35, 41 and 41a of the German Social Code VIII. Our team works respectfully, systemically and in close cooperation with youth welfare offices, schools and network partners. We support children, young people, young adults and families through challenging phases of life with sustainable, solution-oriented assistance.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support for pupils with psychological, physical or social-emotional needs
- Support participation in lessons and inclusion in the class
- Promote social and emotional skills
- Coordinate closely with teachers, parents and the youth welfare office
- Document and reflect on developmental progress
What you bring:
- A relevant degree, professional training or comparable qualification
- Experience in school support, youth welfare or education
- Empathy, patience and reliability
- Intercultural openness and, where applicable, language skills
- Enhanced certificate of good conduct
