About us
Since 2024, Miro Sozialdienste GmbH has provided professional, culturally sensitive and resource-oriented educational support under sections 27, 30, 31, 35, 41 and 41a of the German Social Code VIII. Our team works respectfully, systemically and in close cooperation with youth welfare offices, schools and network partners. We support children, young people, young adults and families through challenging phases of life with sustainable, solution-oriented assistance.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide educational assistance, social educational family support and support for young adults
- Provide individual support in family, school and professional life
- Offer systemic counselling, crisis intervention and stabilisation
- Work closely with youth welfare offices, schools and cooperation partners
- Document, plan and regularly review support processes
What you bring:
- Degree in social work, social education or a comparable qualification
- Experience in outpatient youth welfare or family work
- A systemic, resource-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Intercultural competence and, where applicable, language skills
- Teamwork, empathy and resilience
- Enhanced certificate of good conduct
